  If I could give a zero stars I would. I've been going to this location for 15 years with my family as a small child and now with my children and we've always had a decent experience. That was until last night, we entered the building at 8:20p.m over an hour before closing. As soon as we walked in we were looked at with the most discussed looks mind you my 6 and 2 year old were with us and we were going to have ice cream. We were asking in a very rude tone is this for here or to go. My husband said here and then they rolled their eyes and sighed my husband said are yall closing? The rude girl said we are trying to clean up so my husband said do you want us to leave? The rude girl then said "you don't have to I guess" then I said you know what we're straight and we walked out. I've never in my life been treated this way at a restaurant and I'm simply not gone stand for it. I will be calling the manager and or owner TODAY and possibly the BBB.

  Under new ownership and the food is terrible, Went through drive-thru and got home and found out the food was cold and gross, Raining and didn't want to get back out in the rain so I just called to tell them and they said the only way they would refund or replace it is if I bring the items back to the store that night show them in person and then they might resolve the issue. I am just in awe that a local restaurant would treat customers that way.. No worries it won't happen again. Lost a customer forever.

  Ladies you are #1 in my book . best place to go to eat ice cream . inside very clean the rest rooms are very clean a/c is always on very cold I would go every day. Great cust- Serv ever.

  This location is friendly, efficient, and clean. I called in to see if they had a certain type of cake that I could easily pick up the same day! They pulled the cake and held it for me. A young lady named Katie was super nice on the phone and the young gentleman (I can't remember his name) who checked me out was also very kind. I am pleased with my experience and of course the cake (strawberry cheesequake was amazing)! Thanks guys!
